US-Bangla Airline is going to start Dhaka to Male flights very soon. Male, the capital city of Maldives is considered as one of the most attractive city around the world. US-Bangla Airlines is planning to operate flight in this route from November this year.
As a part of the plan, the airline will start flying to Male from Dhaka on the third week of November 2021.
Primarily, it will operate commercial flights four days per week to this new route. The airlines confirmed the news in a press note yesterday (18th September).
The airline also noted that it has taken the initiative to make the journey easier and cheaper for Bangladeshi travellers and tourists. It will also fulfil the long-cherished dream of Bangladeshi people living in the Maldives of having a Bangladeshi airliner on this route. This initiative will certainly make strong bondage between the people of these two friendly country.
US Bangla airlines will operate flights from Dhaka to Male from the first week of November through its 737-800 aircraft. This aircraft has a 164-seat capacity. At present, the airline has four 737-800 and seven brand-new ATR 72-600 aircraft in its fleet.
Presently the airline operates commercial flights to Kuala Lumpur, Chennai, Guanzhou, Kolkata and Bangkok. Dhaka to Kolkata and Bangkok flights are now held up due to Covid -19 travel ban. The airline has a nearest future plan to start flight operations to Colombo, Jeddah, Riad and Dammam routes.
US Bangla Airlines also runs domestic flights to all local airports in Bangladesh including Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Jashore, Saidpur, and Cox’s Bazar. From September 30, the airline is going to inaugurate Jashore to Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar flights and Saidpur to Chattogram flights for the first time.
The airline has so far created a respectable position in the minds of its passengers.
